Baked Million Dollar Spaghetti
Did y'all know that when your kid leaves the nest, you go insane? I am not talking just a little off the rocker, I am talking bat shit crazy! Like trying to think of excuses to make the 6 hour drive every weekend (not kidding, every weekend) kind of crazy. Like obsessing over every little thing: how she is feeling, what is she eating, does she have enough money to buy groceries, wait, OMG can she even cook? And that’s when a light bulb went off! “I can live video chat and show her recipes and teach her stuff from afar!” I thought. And so I did, and shockingly enough, she loves it! Now almost every Sunday is family night at her house. All of her friends come over and she makes these yummy dinners for everyone. Ahhhhmazing! And the best part? She calls me a lot to find out how to make stuff! #momscore #Mydaughterneedsme #imacoolmom
